Hermès Furnitures

Il Salone del Mobile
Milano
Hermès unveil its collection of furnitures
an oasi of pure luxury made of streamline furnitures,
exquisite fabrics, stunning wallpapers.
A selected range of prints, included
My Beloved India and a large version of Chain d'ancre that will
be among the bestsellers.
The wallpapers presented the iconic designs of the Maison
among them one of my all time favorite: The Library.
The furniture  are the natural evolution of a refined
and well balanced H style.
The Pavillion Hermès by Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines
was a cosy environment where nothing was too much or too
impressive, just a quite fine space where the human body can be relaxed.
Surrounded by refinement and quality.
As Mr. Cocteau would describe as "the invisibility of true elegance".
Designers Enzo Mari, Antonio Citterio and Pierre-Alexis Dumas
are the masterminds behind the project.
I was very refreshed to see a comeback of a modern furnitures
that do not overtake the room but grace it leaving the mind
free to think and dream.
Beautiful silk carpets and the evergreen Art de Vivre
table collection were the few accessories presented.
All you need to go with your Pippa Console is a
quite afternoon and few hectares of a forest around it.
Silence,Time and Nature are the perfect complements to this decor.
